About NWChannel

!!!ATTENTION!!!
As we have members of Absolute, EoA, Gutbusters Brigade, Black Lotus, Midnight Express, The Holy Crusaders, Forsaken Rebels, etc in the channel, I strongly encourage you to keep guild pvp drama off this place. If you want to bring guild pvp drama up, there is special well-known place for it.

DESCRIPTION:
NWC
is a PVE channel for experienced players.

    Channel was created in the end of mod5, the goal being to gather most skilled players, who were into PVE content (mostly dungeons speed running for fun and profit). Most people who joined were able to legally solo all dungeons in mod5 except for MC and VT.

    We really enjoyed mod6 changes in terms of difficulty, because they made the game at least a bit challenging. But later due to constant complaints about difficulty of PVE content devs practically rolled back PVE content back to mod5 status.
    People did stay in channel though. Why? Hard to answer. Probably we just like each other. We are a friendly bunch of power gamers, who always find something new to share and discuss.
    Our channel is (and was) intended to be small always (~180 people, 30-50 people are online most of the time).
    We would like to see new people among us. So, if you are knowledgeable and intelligent, if you know the game and love it, feel free to apply.

1. Requirements/discussion rules/recommendation:

1.1 Channel is not-censored. You can discuss what you want including politics, religion, bugs, exploits, item level, p2w, devs, trade, etc. Naming and shaming is allowed as well (if you met a scammer in NWO, you'd better share info about this person to other members of the channel).
What is NOT ALLOWED is:
- insulting other channel members (if you wanna make a joke, make sure your joke doesn't harm feelings of other person)
- drama (if you have issues with somebody in channel, either ignore him, or use tells)
NOTICE:
 - Discussing bugs/exploits doesn't mean that you (nessesarily) use them or inspire others to use them.
 - Trading is allowed. You may advertise your offer in channel, but spamming is forbidden. E.g. you may post message like this: "Guys, I have spare azure enchantment rank 12, which I'm going to sell for 4m, if somebody is interested." But "WTT AZURE r12 for 40 gmops", which is being spammed 3 times any single minute is strongly  forbidden. Scamming other channel members, e.g. selling them goods for 2xnormal price is forbidden too. We care about other channel members.

1.2. You must know your class(es) and your spec(s). We don't tolerate nubbishness here.

1.3. Ability to play in party.

1.4. Class/gear elitism issues. As a bunch of old players we do realize that some classes always have advantage over other ones. Also some people are really dedicated to one class and consider it the best one. If you don't agree with somebody you discuss it constructively. Same about gear. However, it's strongly NOT RECOMMENDED to bring up item level when you are looking for group. We believe that all members of channel have enough experience to run PVE content with item level they have. If you are looking for group, better post your spec/features. e.g. "CW rene SS lfg elol" or "GWF high dps lfg CC" or "healadin lfg ToS", or "trapper for VT" etc.

1.5. Gear requirements:
Item level 2000+ (in order to be able to get into T2), T1 lvl70 gear.
at least r8 enchants in offence slots;
at least lesser soulforged (if you are sure that armor enchant you use better suits you, it's ok);
at least greater fire enchant (called normal plague fire in mod5), greater vorpal or greater terror (or better).
4 epic artifacts;
augument companion(stone, cat, chicken).

2. Kicking/leaving party:

2.1. If person stays afk for 10 mins in dungeon run and then dc's or
he stays dc'd over 5 mins he can be kicked from run. Take it easy.

2.2. Kicking somebody from run without an objective reason may be followed by
kicking the kicker from channel.

2.3. Inadequate behaviour during the run may be followed by kicking from group
and from channel.
(E.g. If somebody rushes forward in t2 and provokes wipes and you vote kick him without telling him a word, you are wrong in this situation. If somebody rushes after party asked him not to rush, he is wrong, regardless of he didn't pay attention to party chat or didn't hear voice chat due to music, etc.)

2.4. Leaving party due to IRL issues is ok. However, leaving/afking is not appreciated. If you are going to run something with others, please, plan your time in order to make sure you can finish the run.

3. How to join:

Send ingame mail to @thefabricant or @oria1 (no tells, pls).
We will speak, maybe check you in some fast VT/ELOL run and
if all goes nice, then welcome aboard =)

NOTICE:
@userutf8 is currently offline most of the time due to IRL issues.
